What can I order at launch?
The launch collection includes collars, leads, lanyards, dog tags and wrist collars in the sizes and lengths shown in the shop.
Which range should I choose?
Safari is earthy and outdoorsy, Candy Floss is bright and playful, and Inverted is for a bolder contrast. Availability will be confirmed as each piece is added to the bag.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK. Orders are handmade and normally dispatch in 5–7 working days, followed by 1–2 working days for delivery. UK delivery is free on orders of £25 or more; orders below £25 are charged £4.50. All prices shown include VAT.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Most items can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Clearly personalised name tags cannot be cancelled for a change of mind, but this never affects your rights if an item is faulty. Read our full delivery, returns and cancellation information.
How will I pay?
Checkout is being prepared for secure PayPal payment. You’ll see your full VAT-inclusive total before you complete payment.

UK delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses. Orders of £25 or more receive free UK delivery. Delivery is £4.50 for orders below £25. All prices and delivery charges shown include VAT.
Each order is handmade. Please allow 5–7 working days for us to make and dispatch it, then a further 1–2 working days for UK delivery.

Your cancellation rights
For standard items, you may cancel an order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the goods to the address above within 14 days of telling us. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
For an eligible cancellation, we refund the price paid and standard delivery cost within the legal timescale after we receive the item back or receive proof that you have sent it back. We may make a reasonable deduction if an item has been handled beyond what you would reasonably do in a shop.
Personalised pieces: a name tag made with your chosen name is clearly personalised, so it cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. If we make another item specifically to your own requirements, we will make this clear before you buy.
Your legal rights remain unchanged. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match their description, are fit for purpose and are of satisfactory quality.
